H.E. Dr. Tun Naing, Chairman of DSEZ MC received H.E. Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transport, Thailand and the co-chairman of the Myanmar – Thailand Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC)

The meeting between Myanmar and Thailand for the Comprehensive Development in the Dawei Special Economic Zone was convened on 10^th February 2017 at the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Nay Pyi Taw, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.  The meeting was co-chaired by (1) H.E. Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transport, Thailand and the co-chairman of the Myanmar – Thailand Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) and (2) H.E. Dr. Tun Naing, Deputy Minister of Electricity and Energy, Myanmar and the chairman of the Dawei Special Economic Zone Management Committee (DSEZMC).  The meeting was attended by representatives of relevant agencies of the two countries. Both sides discussed and exchanged views related to the comprehensive development of Dawei SEZ.
